Our Strong & Devoted Team on Sitting/Expert of Engineers and skilled workers is producing 1,00,000 pieces of valves, valve guides with the advance technology used to match the ISO 9002 standard quality and developed 1300 models and valves & 450 models of valve guides suitable for any truck, car and tractor moving around the world. We have our latest automatic forging plant with CNC machine for turning & grinding. By now we have been successful in exporting our goods to 27 countries which include United Kingdom, United States Of America, Germany, Australia, South Africa, Venezuela, Brazil, Middle East and African Countries We produce the best quality raw material (Steel) from the leading & reliable giant steel manufacturer of India. We are now quite capable of filling our pipe line by forging & manufacturing engine valves of 4mm to 20mm stem diameter, 20mm to 250mm head diameter and length up to 500mm. Material used in single piece of valve: Silicon chromium steel for inlet valve and austenitic chromium manganese steel and in based steel for exhaust valves. Various steels are required to be heat treated in their own characteristics.
